This course covers the use and application of cosmetic makeup.
The application of cosmetic makeup constitutes a substantial industry requiring specialised products and their use. Critical aspects of the qualification are the ability to provide a client with enhancement of appearance through the use of cosmetics and be able to specify further use by the client on a daily basis.
Course includes:
- Health, Safety and Hygiene
- Preparation of client and treatment room
- Contra indications to treatment
- Contra actions and consultation skin testing
- Practical demonstration
- Assessments on clients
- Aftercare advice
- Putting together a portfolio of work
